Running, felt achievement but pain too...

5km, it may be nothing for people who exercise regulary. But I tell you, it was damn taugh..
After the completion, my leg(joints) hurts severely for days. I even felt pain in climing stairs. Any solution? Ointment is not good enough for sure.

hey congrats on doing the run - how did you do?

would suggest lots of strecthing. minimum 3 minutes a day. also some light excercise a few days after the run, will help. And fo course, being better prepared before you do the run, by building up slowly andgetting you legs used to it.

but keep up thegood work. let us know how you go
