Spinning Classes
Can anyone tell me where I can find a spinning class in central Tokyo - ie Minato, Shinigawa, Ginza areas?

There are spinning classes at Central Fitness Club Minami-Aoyama, between Nishi-Azabu and Omotesando. Membership in the club is necessary.
